Services
Crescore Systems provides AI-powered marketing automation services including AI receptionist setup, lead nurture sequences, paid ads management, and related services delivered via GoHighLevel. All services are subject to the terms of this agreement.
Payment Terms
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. One-time services are billed upon project completion or as otherwise agreed. A one-time setup fee applies to all monthly subscriptions. All fees are non-refundable after setup has commenced.
Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees and any completed one-time services are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during setup, and maintaining their own ad spend budgets (for ad management services). Crescore Systems is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.
Intellectual Property
All automation workflows, funnels, and system configurations built by Crescore Systems remain the intellectual property of Crescore Systems until full payment is received. Upon full payment, client receives a non-exclusive license to use the configured systems.
Limitation of Liability
Crescore Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.
